Qualification: MBA- HR/BBA/ BE/ Btech/ Mtech/BCA/MCA/BSc Computers or Similar education from HR/Technical background.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Team handling
Responsible to handling Mid to Senior level recruitment.
End to end client co-ordination.
Sourcing the profile through job portals, postings, Personal network, References, LinkedIn, social media.
Database and validating them accurately.
Screening, sourcing, short-listing, initial screening, and validations of the profiles.
Maintaining database of short-listed candidates.

2- HR IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in IT recruitment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible to handling Junior to Senior level recruitment.
Understanding the Job Descriptions.(IT Requirements)
Sourcing the profile through job portals, postings, Personal network, References, LinkedIn, social media.
Maintaining Database accurately on Excel.
Screening, sourcing, short-listing, initial screening, and validations of the profiles.
Strong follow up with the candidates.
